Christmas Trading 2024

 

The holiday season is here, and while we're all about making your celebrations stress-free, even our busy elves (a.k.a. our warehouse team) deserve a little holiday cheer and a break! Here's what you need to know about our operations during the festive season:

Warehouse Closure
Our warehouse is closed Friday, 20th December, and will reopen on Monday, 6th January. However, we know weddings and events don’t wait—so we’ll have a skeleton team working during this time for urgent orders. For urgent orders, please use Australia Post or TNT shipping options. Make sure to contact us directly to let us know your order is urgent so we can prioritize it. Please note: If you do not contact us, your order will not be dispatched until 6th January.

Please note that Aramex and Couriers Please drivers in our area are currently unavailable and will not resume pickups until 6th January. 

Support Hours

• Phone Support: Closed until we’re back on 6th January.
• Email & Text Support: Operating on reduced hours. Our warehouse team will handle queries on the days they're in, so response times might be a bit slower than usual. Please bear with us—we promise it’s worth the wait!
