The holiday season is here, and while we're all about making your celebrations stress-free, even our busy elves (a.k.a. our warehouse team) deserve a little holiday cheer and a break! Here's what you need to know about our operations during the festive season:

Warehouse Closure
Our warehouse will be closed from Friday, 20th December, and will reopen on Monday, 6th January. However, we know weddings and events don’t wait—so we’ll have a skeleton team working during this time for urgent orders. If you’re in a pinch, please text us for details, and we’ll do our best to help.

Support Hours

• Phone Support: Closed until we’re back on 6th January.
• Email & Text Support: Operating on reduced hours. Our warehouse team will handle queries on the days they're in, so response times might be a bit slower than usual. Please bear with us—we promise it’s worth the wait!
