Welcome to the new WWS website. The old site was starting to look a bit old and did not have some of the features we needed to make your online shopping exerience easier. We have been building this site since April 2013 and have where possible we have listened to our customers and inserted features that are needed in this day and age. We have been testing the site for the last 4 weeks and are happy with the functioning however we are still working away in the backend so please let us know if there is anything not working or not easy to use and we will address that for you.

A few of the newer features you will notice

1. The site is now easier to read and easier to navigate around
2. Your shopping cart will not dissapear once you log out, the site will keep a record of this for your next visit
3. Add to cart on the main products page and enter the quanity instead of having to go to the cart and adjust quantities
4. As long as an order has not been processed & locked by our warehouse you can log into the site and make amendments to that order
5. For drop ship customers you can now enter all your items for all your orders at once and assign product to different addresses at checkout meaning you only have to pay once for your daily orders.
6. For dropship customers we  have the ability to include packing slips with your own logos on those into your packages
7. Dispute resolutions - from within your account on our website there is an internal dispute resolution service where you can notify us of issues with your orders. All the correspondence is keep within that dispute and easy to access by all parties.
